While the Principal is mainly concerned operational management of the College with the Board of Governors acting in the capacity of an Advisory Body. All policy decisions are made by the Standing Committee of the Methodist Church which is Chaired by the President of the Methodist Church. The Parent Teacher Assocaition and theWelfare Society are functional bodies to assist the school to enhance the quality of education. The Old Boys Union is a social organization to organize events for the past students.
